Registration forms for the 2013-2014 School Year are due this Friday, March 29th
Please let me know if you are unable to print the blank forms from the Mesa Verde website and I will send a copy home with your chid tomorrow.

TIME TO REGISTER!!!!

Dear Parents,

It is time to begin making plans for the 2013-14 school year.  Registration of students for next year is an important task for us each spring and this years forms are online for your convenience on the Mesa Verde website:  www.amphi.com/schools/mesa-verde.aspx.  Select the green “Returning Students” button.

If you are planning a move during the summer and know that your child(ren) will not be attending Mesa Verde for the next school year, please advise your child’s teacher via email or note as soon as possible.

If your child will be attending Mesa Verde next year, we ask that you complete the registration packet online, print and sign the paperwork and return it to your child’s teacher by.

FRIDAY, MARCH 29, 2013.

A completed packet must be returned for each student who will be returning to Mesa Verde next year; otherwise, students WILL NOT be assigned to a teacher for next year. 

REQUIRED FORMS:

           

            REGISTRATION FORM – Please fill out completely, indicate grade for next

            school year.

STUDENT HEALTH & EMERGENCY CARD – Please list someone OTHER than yourself in case of emergency.  We’ll always try to contact you first.  Phone numbers and current information is vital when an emergency arises. 

PROOF OF RESIDENCY - Please fill out completely, and select ONE of the items indicating your address.  We must have a photo copy of the item you indicate as your proof of residency.  EVERYONE must complete and provide proof of residency each school year, this is new this year. 

EMAIL REQUEST FORM - Please fill out completely.

Please note that this packet should only be used for returning students.  If you do not have the ability to print out forms and would like a hard copy please notify the office and one will be sent home with your child(ren).

No Homework Week of March 11th...

As we wind down our third quarter, we will be reviewing and assessing this week, therefore, we will not have regular homework.

There will not be tutoring after school on Thursday due to early release for parent teacher conferences.

 We will have parent-teacher conferences on Thursday, March 14^th and Friday, March 15^th. 
 

Your child’s teacher will contact you if you need to have a conference.
Therefore, we will have early out schedule on these two days next week.

 Schedule for the week of March 11^th and March 15^th

Monday 11th 8:15 A.M.- 2:45 P.M.

Tuesday 12th 8:15 A.M. – 2:45 P.M.

Wednesday 13th 8:15 A.M. – 1:15 P.M.

Thursday 14th Parent Conferences 8:15am –1:15pm

Friday 15th Parent Conferences 8:15am –1:15pm

SPRING BREAK  March 18th - 22nd
