KHK Toy Drive 2013

Hello Mesa Verde Families!

Our Kids Helping Kids club holds an annual toy drive at school next week. We ask you to recycle toys that are gently used or that your children have outgrown. You can drop them off curbside before school.  The kids in the club clean the toys, price them and get them ready for our annual toy sale on Friday, November 22.  Each class will spend some time shopping at the Toy Sale. We think our toy sale is a great place to buy holiday gifts for siblings, cousins, etc.  The proceeds from the toy sale are used to support a local group home for children. Next week we will have parent-teacher conferences on Tuesday, October 8^th – Friday, October 11^th.  Everyone should have a conference time scheduled, if you do not please contact your child’s teacher.  Therefore, we will have early out schedule on these four days next week.  Please note that Monday is a regular school day.
