Studies Weekly
Please read, discuss, complete, and return your Studies Weekly each week. Students know they are expected to look back to the SW for the answers on the quizzes each week.
HINT:
SW is homework on Mondays,
the more times you read it, the easier to find quiz amswers!
( there is no math paper for homework on Mondays but you may always practice those fast facts)

FREE ICE CREAM & BONUS RECESS CHALLENGE
Dear Families:
By now, I hope your child has shared with you an exciting challenge that was presented to us on Monday when Mr. Hepler stopped by our classroom for a special announcement.
Word is out that we have been struggling a bit with our work skills as a group. Sometimes our report back from specials teachers has been we are not doing our best listening or working. I am afraid I have experienced the same struggle in our classroom as well. (Especially in our afternoons)
To assist us in growing our stamina and working better together as a group, Mr. Hepler announced that he will treat the ENTIRE class to free ice cream and an extra recess!!!! Now how do we earn this special treat you ask?
Simple, I will be reporting back to Mr. Hepler how we are working throught the next few weeks.
Once he receives 3 emails stating the our class has had stellar behavior and work completion in all our classes, we will be rewarded with the free ice cream and recess time. So we are working hard to get 3 days from bell to bell of our best cooperation and work. (They do not need to be three consecutive days)
Mrs. Tucker's class has already reached their goal and received their prize so we have a tough act to follow! Please speak with your child about making this happen. We struggle the most with talking out of turn and talking during our lessons.
I bet I'll be announcing our reward very soon! Let's do this Galer's Grizzlies :)
