Picture Retake November 21st

On November 21^st we will have picture retakes, club group shots and new to Mesa Verde students pictures.  If you have school pictures of your student and want to have them retaken please send the packet of photos back to school on or before Thursday, November 21^st.  PLEASE KEEP THE CLASS PICTURE.   If your student is new to Mesa Verde and you would like to order pictures you may do so by picking up a picture order form in the office. Students that are in clubs (Chorus, KHK, Student Council, Odyssey of the Mind, Beginning Band and Orchestra, Advanced Band and Orchestra) will have a group shot at their scheduled time.  We will give the teacher a schedule so that students will not be missed.

 

Arrival Time

Hello Parents/Guardians: 
Please be aware that students should not be on the Mesa Verde campus before 7:55 am unless they ride a bus or attend the PAL program. 
We are starting to see children on the campus as early as 7:25 am.

We have no supervision on the playgrounds before 7:55 am.

KHK Toy Drive 2013

Hello Mesa Verde Families!

Our Kids Helping Kids club holds an annual toy drive at school next week. We ask you to recycle toys that are gently used or that your children have outgrown. You can drop them off curbside before school.  The kids in the club clean the toys, price them and get them ready for our annual toy sale on Friday, November 22.  Each class will spend some time shopping at the Toy Sale. We think our toy sale is a great place to buy holiday gifts for siblings, cousins, etc.  The proceeds from the toy sale are used to support a local group home for children. Please see the attached flyer for details. We thank you in advance for your support of our club!

Next week we will have parent-teacher conferences on Tuesday, October 8^th – Friday, October 11^th.  Everyone should have a conference time scheduled, if you do not please contact your child’s teacher.  Therefore, we will have early out schedule on these four days next week.  Please note that Monday is a regular school day.
